Architectural design
Architecture is where every commission starts for us. We take a brief and a site and turn them into a building that reads clearly, works hard and sits well in Basra's light and climate: the main gate and inspection facility of Basra International Airport, the Conference Palace, corporate headquarters for Inmaa Al-Watan and Dijla, and a medical complex on Al-Saadi Street.

Engineering design
Our engineers work in the same drawing set as our architects, so structure, services and infrastructure are designed with the building rather than after it. On the ground that has meant restructured urban arteries such as Olympic Street, the rehabilitation of Casino Lebanon Street, and the circulation and inspection infrastructure of the Safwan and Shalamcheh crossings.

Construction supervision
A design is only as good as the building it becomes. Our supervision teams stay on site through the whole construction period, reviewing shop drawings and materials, inspecting the work stage by stage, and keeping cost and time within the agreed frame. We supervise our own designs and, when asked, projects designed by others.

Urban design and landscape
Basra's public ground is where our work is most visible. We design the corridors people arrive by and the gardens they rest in: the planted median and triangle garden at the airport, the airport road with its nature reserve, Dor Al-Seha public garden and the Landmarks garden with its memorial tower. Native planting, shade and ground lighting come before ornament.

Interior design and fit-out
Inside, the same discipline holds: circulation first, then light, then finish. The refurbished passenger hall at Basra International Airport and its VIP lounge show the range, from a space thousands move through each day to one designed for a handful of guests. Our own headquarters is the interior we live with.

Planning and advisory
Some of the most useful work happens before there is a design: testing whether a site can carry the brief, what the codes allow, what it will cost and how long it will take. We prepare feasibility studies and masterplans, navigate municipal and regulatory approvals, build BIM models and visualisations, and advise owners who want a second opinion on a project already in motion.
